Resources & Referral Services

When an individual with brain injury, family member, caregiver, friend, or professional contacts the BIAME for help, that help is provided by our Information and Resource Specialist. Their role is to offer individualized support and guidance to ensure that the often complex and overwhelming challenges they are facing are negotiated more easily and effectively.

When the need is more complex, the I & R person will guide and support the caller in identifying and linking to services and programs, promoting self-advocacy skills.
